These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Golden Peak Marketing Solutions website and services. By checking the "Terms and Conditions" box or electing to work with Golden Peak Marketing Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or services.

1. Use of Website and Services:

1.1. You may use our website and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our website or services in any manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

2.1. All content, materials, and features available on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Golden Peak Marketing Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Payment Terms:

3.1. Clients are required to make full payment for services before the commencement of any work or provision of services. No refunds will be issued unless determined by Golden Peak Marketing Solutions in its sole discretion.

3.2. Clients on monthly recurring plans are required to make payments within the first week of each month. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services and additional fees. If a client fails to make a timely payment within the first week of the month, a 3-day grace period will begin. If the agreed upon payment is not sent within the first 10 days of the month, the client is liable to pay an additional 25% on top of their owed amount for that month.

4. Cancellation Policy for Recurring Services:

4.1. Clients wishing to cancel a recurring-payment-based service must provide notice to Golden Peak Marketing Solutions at least 30 days in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in continued billing for the following billing cycle.

5. Client Responsibilities:

5.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services. Clients are also responsible for complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards related to their use of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. Golden Peak Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for any misconduct, errors, or problems faced by our business clients arising from the use of our services. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided through our services.

7. Dispute Resolution:

7.1. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Delaware Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.

8. Updates to Terms:

8.1. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. User Acknowledgment:

9.1. By accessing or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein.
